Chronic Low Back Pain Relief with Virtual Yoga: Evidence from a 24 Week Randomized Clinical Trial
In this episode, we examine a 24 week randomized clinical trial evaluating a 12 week live streamed hatha yoga program for adults with chronic low back pain. The study demonstrated significant reductions in pain intensity, back related disability, analgesic medication use, and improved sleep quality highlighting virtual yoga as a feasible, safe, and evidence based nonpharmacologic therapy.
